Bright, brisk, and golden. This single origin Kenyan loose leaf tea is grown by smallholder farmers on the eastern edge of the Great Rift Valley.

Kenya produces some of the world’s most vibrant black teas. High altitude, strong sunlight, and fast growth create a tea with natural brightness, body, and colour. The result is a clean, golden cup with a refreshing lift.

This Kenyan black tea has the strength to take milk, but it is just as good black. Expect a brisk flavour, a lively finish, and enough structure to make it a dependable everyday tea.

This lot comes from more than 6,000 smallholder farmers who collectively own and run their local factory. The tea is grown with care, picked at peak freshness, and sourced directly through the trade. It is a tea we are proud to select and share.

If you enjoy blending your own teas, Kenyan tea is a useful building block. Its brightness and body add lift and structure to blends. When you want energy in the cup, turn up the Kenyan.

Brighter than Assam, stronger than Ceylon.

How to infuse Kenyan tea.
