Shipping policy

We always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, this means you will usually get your tea within 3-5 working days for UK orders.

Free shipping over £30 currently only applies to UK orders

For International orders, we post these within 2 workings day, delivery can take between 5-17 days dependent on destination. Please allow for some potential delays due to any issues with customs/tarrifs.

All our international parcels are currently sent DDU (delivered duty unpaid) so you may have additional fees to pay upon delivery. Please check the local fees for your shipping destination to find out if there will be additional fees to pay upon arrival.
