Bungalow Blend has a story behind its name - and it starts in the tea gardens of Assam.
The name goes back to a tradition on the Assam estates - a small, careful batch made from only the finest pickings, reserved for those who would know the difference. When we trained as tea buyers, we were set the same challenge: blend something that professional tasters would drink all day. That blend became Bungalow.
Full-bodied, malty, and balanced with a clean finish. It is our Great Taste Award winner and our most-requested blend. In the enveloped format it sits beautifully on a welcome tray - and tells guests that someone thought about this.
