Hibiscus and rosehip is a traditional combination, but we've added elderberry to enhance the flavour. This is our take on a delicious red berry tea! These natural ingredients deliver a mouthwateringly zingy infusion with a slightly tart finish. And it's caffeine free too! So you can drink it before you go to bed!
You could try making this into a cool drink too!
1) Make in a jug with boiling water, 1 pillow per 300mls (basically a mug).
2) Add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup per serving whilst it is still hot.
3) Llet it cool slightly
4) Pop it in the fridge.
5) Serve with mint, summer fruits and ice...
