A balanced Earl Grey that works with or without milk.
This Earl Grey is built on a high-grown Ceylon tea, chosen for its brightness and structure. That clarity keeps the cup fresh and defined, whether taken black or with milk.
Expect clean citrus from the bergamot, lifting the tea rather than sitting on top of it. Beneath that, a brisk black tea gives a clean, dry finish without heavy citrus aftertaste.
When we talk about bergamot during our tastings, we use dried peel as a reference point to help people understand the aroma and character of the citrus.
While Earl Grey is often taken black, a significant number of drinkers enjoy it with milk. This blend was developed to suit both.
Packed in plastic-free, commercially compostable zip-lock pouches.
50g loose leaf tea. Around 20 cups.
How to infuse
Use 1 teaspoon per cup.
Pour over freshly drawn, boiling water.
Infuse for 3 minutes.
Infuse a little longer if taking with milk.
